Notes

'Yanartaş' peony (Paeonia 'Yanartaş') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Early single flowers are warm salmon-pink with dark pink flares and a pleasing fragrance. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Strong upright stems reach about 95 cm (38 inches) and need no support.

Pairs well with Sum and Substance hosta, Little bluestem, and Carnaval De Nice tulip.
