Notes

'Yard Master' peony (Paeonia 'Yard Master') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The upright bush bears fragrant, deep pink blooms that attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with White Swan coneflower, August Moon hosta, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
