Notes

'Yellow' finger lime (Citrus australasica 'Yellow') is a shrub or small tree for the food garden. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun. It bears fragrant white flowers in summer, followed by green and yellow fruit with clear to lemon yellow pulp. The mild, lemony pulp tops desserts, salads, and cocktails.

Pairs well with Fuyu persimmon, Mexican heather, and Sorrel.
