Notes

'Pink Ice' finger lime (Citrus australasica 'Pink Ice') is a small tree or shrub for food gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun. Fragrant white flowers open in summer and give way to fruit up to four inches long. The fruit hold pink to red lime caviar that is grown for cocktails, salads, and marmalades.

Pairs well with Hass avocado, Hachiya persimmon, and Capers.
