Notes
'Zwanenburg' autumn crocus (Crocus etruscus 'Zwanenburg') is a bulb. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun. The pale violet flowers open from late winter into spring. Each bloom has a yellowish throat and light purple lines. The back of the petals is shaded greyish, so you see a color change as the flowers open.
Pairs well with Cheerfulness daffodil, Little Beauty tulip, and Dalmatian bellflower.
