Notes
'Abbey Road' greater masterwort (Astrantia major 'Abbey Road') is a perennial for borders. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall, blooms in spring and summer, and draws butterflies. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. Give it room to spread 12 to 24 inches.
Pairs well with Francee hosta, Bowl of Cream peony, and Weigela.
