Notes

'Alicia Nicole' peony (Paeonia 'Alicia Nicole') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Large, ruffled, semi-double flowers open in early to late spring in cream-yellow with pink highlights and red flares. William J. Seidl bred it, and the mounding plants have wide foliage.

Pairs well with Sum and Substance hosta, Stargazer lily, and Korean spice viburnum.
