Notes
'Amazing Yellow' peony (Paeonia 'Amazing Yellow') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant yellow flowers open in spring and face upward. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Plants reach about 26 inches tall and stand upright, so they need no support.
Pairs well with Abiqua Drinking Gourd hosta, Spiked speedwell, and Blue grama.
