Notes

'Angelic Ending' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Angelic Ending') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fuchsia-pink double flowers open in late spring and have a subtle fragrance. The upright stems reach about 30 inches, and they need no support. Swenson Gardens bred it.

Pairs well with Dalmatian bellflower, Royal fern, and Spanish bluebell.
