Notes

'Apricot Queen' rose (Rosa 'Apricot Queen') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Frederick Huber Howard bred it in 1940. The fragrant apricot blooms open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them.

Pairs well with Chocolate cosmos, Society garlic, and Anemone.
