Notes

'Arctic Star' lily-of-the-nile (Agapanthus 'Arctic Star') is a perennial for borders, containers, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It blooms from early to late summer and draws butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. It also tolerates salt.
