Notes

'Luly' lily-of-the-nile (Agapanthus 'Luly') is a perennial for borders, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Tall flower stems rise in early to late summer and draw butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. The evergreen leaves also tolerate salt.

Pairs well with Mondo grass, Balloon flower, and Bigleaf hydrangea.
