Notes

'Armance Dessert' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Armance Dessert') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double flowers open soft silvery salmon pink with white and light pink shading. They are fragrant, so cut a few for a vase. Edouard Doriat bred it.

Pairs well with Earth Angel hosta, Prairie dropseed, and Black Hero tulip.
