Notes
'Aviemore' bloody geranium (Geranium sanguineum 'Aviemore') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, rock gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. It blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice.
Pairs well with Big Daddy hosta, PowWow White coneflower, and Sedge.
