Notes
'Bande d’Or' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Bande d’Or') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The flowers are pink, so they add soft color to a sunny border. You can also cut them for indoor bouquets and enjoy them up close.
Pairs well with Creeping phlox, Black Hero tulip, and Sedge.
