Notes
'Beer's Black' fig (Ficus carica 'Beer's Black') is a dwarf fruit tree for containers and small gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun. Give it the hottest, sunniest spot you have. It sets an early crop in spring and another in fall. The medium-sized figs are grown for fresh eating, preserves, and drying.
Pairs well with Persimmon, Mountain mint, and Red-hot poker.
