'Big Duck Yellow F1' marigold (Tagetes erecta 'Big Duck Yellow F1') is an annual for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is not cold-hardy and will not survive freezing temperatures. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer tend to pass it by. The fragrant flowers bloom from early to late summer and attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds. It is also drought tolerant.
Pairs well with Mealycup sage, Purple top, and Cosmos.
