Notes
'Kees' Orange' African marigold (Tagetes erecta 'Kees' Orange') is an annual for borders, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall in a clumping habit. The fragrant blooms attract butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. Deer tend to browse other plants first.
Pairs well with Mealycup sage, Purple top, and Cosmos.
