Notes
'Bigarreau Gaucher' sweet cherry (Prunus avium 'Bigarreau Gaucher') is a tree for food gardens and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun. Early to late spring flowers attract butterflies and bees. It is not self-fertile, so plant a second cherry nearby for pollination. The late fruit is grown for fresh eating.
Pairs well with Incrediball Blush smooth hydrangea, Amazing Grace tulip, and Spiked speedwell.
