Notes
'Bigarreau Reverchon' sweet cherry (Prunus avium 'Bigarreau Reverchon') is a columnar tree for food gardens and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun. White spring blooms appear from early to late spring and attract bees and butterflies. The tree is grown for eating fresh. It is not self-fertile, so plant a second cherry nearby for pollination.
Pairs well with Many Happy Returns peony, Ice Follies daffodil, and Gro-Low fragrant sumac.
