Notes

'Bjorn-Olof' peony (Paeonia 'Bjorn-Olof') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Its double flowers are champagne tinted pink and smell of rose and lily. The stems are thick but weak, especially when cut, so handle blooms with care.

Pairs well with Curly Fries hosta, Bobo hydrangea, Queen of Night tulip, and Western sword fern.
