Notes

'Bob' camellia (Camellia japonica 'Bob') is an evergreen shrub for borders, woodland gardens, and pollinator plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes part sun and average to wet soil. Its columnar form grows slowly, and its winter and spring flowers attract bees and birds. Deer tend to pass it by. It also tolerates salt.

Pairs well with Wax myrtle, Boxwood, and Asiatic jasmine.
