Notes

'Bobby Charlton' rose (Rosa 'Bobby Charlton') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant pink blend blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and into early autumn, and bees visit them. Gareth Fryer bred it in 1975. Dark green, leathery leaves cover the plant.

Pairs well with Bigleaf hydrangea, Rose of sharon, and Lily.
