Notes
'Bouquet' garlic (Allium sativum 'Bouquet') is a vegetable for food gardens, containers, and low maintenance beds. It is typically grown as an annual. It ranks among the more cold-hardy crops, and with some winter protection it keeps growing through light freezes. This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. Butterflies visit the fragrant blooms in summer.
Pairs well with Scotch Bonnet pepper, Salad burnet, and Joan J raspberry.
