Notes

'Bright Pearl' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Bright Pearl') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant pink flowers open in late spring and have a ball of frilly ivory petaloids at the center. Upright stems reach about 31 inches and need no support.

Pairs well with Hosta, Prairie dropseed, Charles Joly lilac, and Black Hero tulip.
