Notes

Whitewashed bramble (Rubus biflorus) is a shrub for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It grows 36 to 72 inches tall and wide, so give it room to spread. White flowers with a fragrant scent open in late spring. The tall, arching stems make a good backdrop for smaller plants.

Pairs well with Blueberry, Juneberry, and Rhubarb.
