Notes

'Carding Mill' rose (Rosa 'Carding Mill') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. The apricot blooms are fragrant and attract bees and butterflies. David C. H. Austin bred it, and it grows into a bushy mound about 35 to 47 inches tall and wide.

Pairs well with Lavender, Cat mint, Purple cranesbill, and Ostfriesland sage.
