Notes

'Carnea Striata' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Carnea Striata') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant blooms are white with light pink shading and crimson flecks. They open in early summer and make good cut flowers. Buds form in clusters on medium tall, erect stems.

Pairs well with Incrediball hydrangea, Queen of Night tulip, Garlic chives, and Virginia spiderwort.
