Notes

'Chettle Charm' willow bell (Campanula persicifolia 'Chettle Charm') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Creamy white flowers edged with lavender open from early to late summer, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. The clumps grow 18 to 36 inches tall.

Pairs well with Empress Wu hosta, Blue Muffin arrowwood viburnum, Carlton daffodil, and Sedge.
