Notes
'Chichibu' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Chichibu') is a shrub for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double white blooms measure 10 inches across. They are as white as driven snow and make a showpiece in the garden.
Pairs well with Elegans hosta, Obsidian coral bells, and Niobe clematis.
