Notes
'Clarity' sage (Salvia nemorosa 'Clarity') is a clumping plant for borders, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy soil. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Its fragrant flowers bloom from early to late summer and again in early to late autumn. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit, and the plant tolerates drought.
Pairs well with Little bluestem, Stargazer lily, and Obsidian coral bells.
