Notes

Climbing asparagus fern (Asparagus setaceus) is a houseplant for containers, specimen display, and shade gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun or part shade and average to moist soil of most types. It grows fast and stays evergreen, with arching green stems. It also bears white blooms.

Pairs well with Blue star fern, Endless Summer hydrangea, and Dragon Wing Red begonia.
