Notes
'Pyramidalis' climbing asparagus fern (Asparagus setaceus 'Pyramidalis') is a vine for containers, specimen plantings, and shade gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It grows fast, stays evergreen, and tolerates drought. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by.
Pairs well with Blue star fern, Evergold sedge, and Chinese ground orchid.
