Notes
'Cloud Nine' dogwood (Cornus Florida 'Cloud Nine') is a tree for borders, specimen planting, and shade gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. White flowers open from early to late spring and draw butterflies, bees, and birds. Deer rarely make it their first choice.
Pairs well with Oakleaf hydrangea, Christmas fern, and Bloodroot.
