Notes

'Copper' bush honeysuckle (Diervilla 'Copper') is a shrub for hedges and naturalized areas. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Yellow flowers open in early summer on a plant that grows 24 to 36 inches tall and wide. It is also drought tolerant once settled in.

Pairs well with Snowberry, Sedge, and Ostrich fern.
