Notes
Cranesbill (Geranium maderense) is a perennial for borders, low maintenance gardens, and xeriscape. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and dry to average soil of most types. It is evergreen, so it keeps its foliage all year. Blooms open in spring and again in summer, and butterflies visit them.
Pairs well with Lemon thyme, Silver sage, and Mondo grass.
Native range
Asia.
