Notes

Creeping blueberry (Vaccinium crassifolium) is an evergreen shrub for rock gardens, ground cover, borders, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. White flowers open in early to late spring and attract bees and butterflies. The foliage turns brown and copper in cold weather, and birds visit the plant too.

Pairs well with Chokeberry, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Bush honeysuckle.
