Notes

'Crimson Feathers Poppy' poppy (Papaver somniferum 'Crimson Feathers Poppy') is an annual for borders, cut flower arrangements, and containers. It grows well in cool weather and can ride out a light frost. This plant likes full sun. Bees and butterflies visit the flowers. It is drought tolerant, so it suits dry spots in the garden. Because it stays low, at only 4 to 5 inches tall, it fits at the front of a border or in a small pot.

Pairs well with Mountain mint, Fountain grass, and Blue star creeper.
