Notes
'Cupid' peony (Paeonia 'Cupid') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Single white blooms have ruffled edges and a pink center. The flowers are small and fragrant, and bees and butterflies visit them. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Lyman D. Glasscock bred it.
Pairs well with Dense blazing star, Patriot hosta, and Carlton daffodil.
