Notes

'Cupid’s Arrow' peony (Paeonia 'Cupid’s Arrow') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Fragrant pink semi-double flowers have frilled guard petals and face upward. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. The plant stands upright at about 32 inches and needs no support.

Pairs well with Maiden pink, Switchgrass, Black Hero tulip, and June hosta.
