Notes

'Dainty Bess' rose (Rosa 'Dainty Bess') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy or clay soil. The light pink blooms are fragrant and attract butterflies and bees. Archer & Daughter bred it in 1925.

Pairs well with Munstead lavender, Sarah Bernhardt peony, and Niobe clematis.
