Notes

'David Lee' peony (Paeonia 'David Lee') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It forms an upright bush with fragrant, single pink cup flowers that attract butterflies and bees. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Dense blazing star, Praying Hands hosta, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
