Notes

'Dawn' foxtail lily (Eremurus 'Dawn') is a bulb for borders, cut flower arrangements, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Soft yellow flowers with rosy pink buds open from early to late summer and attract butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. It is also drought tolerant.

Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Casa Blanca lily, and Little bluestem.
