Notes

'Flamengo' foxtail lily (Eremurus 'Flamengo') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Orange-pink flowers open from early to late summer on tall stems that reach about 65 inches. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Gaura, and Casa Blanca lily.
