Notes
De Bugney tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'de Bugney') is a shrub for borders and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Give it a spot where its woody stems can stay in place from year to year. You can cut its blooms for a vase.
Pairs well with Siberian iris, Stargazer lily, and Magnus coneflower.
