Notes

'Delevan Rose' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Delevan Rose') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It grows up to 24 inches tall, and its good stems hold cream to soft pink flowers with deep cerise outer petals in late spring. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Nepeta, Royal fern, and Spanish bluebell.
