Notes
'Delight' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Delight') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It is a Japanese type with light pink flowers in an apple blossom shade. The blooms look soft in the garden and in a vase. Hans Peter Sass bred it.
Pairs well with Fringed bleeding heart, Blanket flower, and Ostrich fern.
