Notes

'Dunlora' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Dunlora') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The single white flowers open in early to mid spring and have bright yellow stamens and vivid green carpels. Blooms are small on young plants and large on mature plants. George William Peyton bred it.

Pairs well with White trillium, Sensitive fern, Little Beauty tulip, and Incrediball hydrangea.
