Notes
'Eclair' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Eclair') is a shrub for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The flowers are single, so each bloom has one layer of petals. You can cut them for bouquets and enjoy them in the border too. Kelway bred it.
Pairs well with Cat mint, Lady of the snows, Black Parrot tulip, and Christmas fern.
