Notes

'Edward W. Becker' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Edward W. Becker') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large, slightly fragrant, semi-double flowers open light pink and age to white. Alonzo B. Franklin bred it, and its graceful stems hold the blooms well.

Pairs well with Columbine, Ostrich fern, and Picture tulip.
